Shipping

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

It generally takes 2-3 business days for an order to be processed and another 2-8 business days for the items to be shipped*. In addition, there may be a 1-2 business day shipping delay for high-ticket orders or shipments to non-verified addresses.

Please note that the shipping transit time for each mail class below is in addition to order processing times.  We do not ship on weekends or U.S. public holidays. 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking information. Please make sure your email address is correct before placing your order.

Assuming that all products in your order are immediately available and not on back/pre-order. 

Media Mail - Cost effective way to ship vinyl, CDs and DVDs which takes between 2-8 days to arrive.

Standard Shipping - USPS First Class or Priority Mail which takes between 2-7 days to arrive.

International Shipping - USPS International First Class Mail.  Delivery time will vary by destination.
 
***Please keep in mind that all shipping method time frames are in addition to order production and processing time frames.***


Lost packaGE? 

Always make sure your mailing information is correct before placing your order. Pagnia Xiong and Evolution Records Entertainment are not responsible for any lost and/or damaged packages due to carrier shipment malfunction or customer error.

Please contact USPS for any carrier questions (drop offs, lost mail, hold for pick up) with your tracking information.  Orders will not be resent or refunded based on carrier shipment malfunction or customer error.

Return Policy

All sales are final.  We take extra precautions to give you the best product(s) and will never ship to you anything that we believe is not up to our highest standards.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order as long as your order is still in process. Once your order has been shipped, all sales are final. Please contact pagnia@pagniaxiong.com to cancel your order.

HOW DO I FIND MY TRACKING NUMBER?

After we have processed your order, we will send you an email to the email address provided in your order with tracking information. Please make sure your email address is correct before placing your order. 


DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONAL?

Yes.  When adding your item(s) to the cart and following through the ordering process, there will be an international shipping option for you to select.
