"Plhis Suab" Album Selected for MNSpin 2021

"Plhis Suab" is one of 130 albums to be curated by local music experts in 2021 for MNspin, Hennepin County Library's free online music streaming platform.

With limited resources at home, Pagnia Xiong had the privilege to walk to her local public library at a young age where she fell in love with it. So much so that she celebrated her birthday at the library. Today, it is Pagnia’s honor to share her music with library patrons of all ages.
