WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

An order generally takes 1-2 business days to be processed and another 1-3 business days to be shipped*. Also, there may be a 1-2 business day shipping delay for high-ticket orders or shipments to non-verified addresses.

U.S. Domestic Shipping
USPS First Class or Priority Mail: Delivery in 1–3 business days

International Shipping
USPS International First Class Mail: Delivery time varies by destination.

Please note that the shipping method time frames for each mail class are in addition to order production and processing times. We do not ship on weekends or U.S. public holidays. 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking information. Make sure your email address is correct before placing your order.

*Assuming that all products in your order are immediately available and not on back/pre-order.

LOST PACKAGE? 

Make sure your mailing information is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages due to carrier shipment malfunction or customer error.

Please contact USPS for all carrier questions (drop-offs, lost mail, hold for pick up) with your tracking information. Orders will not be refunded based on carrier shipment malfunction or customer error.

Return Policy

All sales are final.  We take extra precautions to create the best product(s) and only ship items that meet our highest production standards.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order as long as your order is still in processing. Please contact pagnia@pagniaxiong.com immediately to cancel your order. Once your order is shipped, all sales are final.

HOW DO I FIND MY TRACKING NUMBER?

After we process your order, you will receive an email to the email address provided in your order with tracking information. Make sure your email address is correct before placing your order. 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONAL?

Yes. When adding your item(s) to the cart and following through with the ordering process, there is an international shipping option for you to select.
