"For Hmoob Daughters Who Are Unloved"

Recently, I saw this image floating on my Facebook newsfeed, and I couldn't help but continue sharing it. This is truly, unapologetically me.

My mom can attest to it.
My four sisters can confirm it.
My dad will sure as heck agree.
But most importantly, I know this to be me.
But it wasn't always so simple to own this.

"Everytime you tell the truth, it just clears the field for others to tell the truth. And then the truth gets bigger and bigger."Glennon Doyle Melton

THANK YOU to Doua AmaiRizar for telling, & sharing the truth. Liberation is what I felt from reading this piece, and I'm sure many other Hmong daughters did as well. THANK YOU for sharing your light so that we can share ours too, truthfully and unapologetically.

Dream BIG,
Pagnia
